Instructions 

Being a caregiver is hard work and requires sound judgment and compassionate decision-making. This competency test covers the key knowledge areas required of all Reward Home Care direct care workers. Choose the best answer for each question.

SECTION 1 — CONFIDENTIALITY 
1. The meaning of confidentiality is:
